Binance, why mixing issues and still not answer the questions?

Id wish to know if its regular for Binance to reply to us with issues by no means requested by us.

As an example, examine the printscreen bellow... Binance is telling me they can't present details about one other users concern, however I by no means asked for such info. What I asked 1st was "what's SPAM" (that publish was deleted fast by Binance with no cause given) and 2nd I requested why my 1st question/submit had been deleted.

So, why did Binance combine things up and still hasnt answered the rationale for deleting my 1st question/submit?
