I got money stolen from my account either from some scam or by someone else

Okay on 13 I had a $2000 transaction from my account but I didn't do it, my account isn't logged in on another system no one knows my password to my telephone or to the account, now the only thing I acquired is the widthrawl handle to the place the money obtained despatched and the transaction id that I obtained by way of the e-mail from when the transaction occurred. After taking by means of the chat help that advised we will't do something, but the transaction happened by means of your telephone, properly I didn't do it. Please someone know one thing what's happening and is there any hope?
