Really confused with Earn and Spot and where my funds are.

I haven't used Binance for a very long time and now the UI has modified I do not know what I'm doing.

I've some coins in spot I feel and some in earn, but I do not know the best way to move both round..

I was considering since I am not an lively dealer, I'd transfer it all into Earn and just depart it alone however I can't do that.

What can I do?
