Once I use SEPA(on the spot) as deposit selection it simply supplies the Iban number, Bic number and Binance bank handle as required info. No reference quantity or instructions to enter something into info within the message box from the bank.
All info obtainable once I search about Binance and SEPA deposits point out reference number as a required element of the deposit.
