What's the best way to manage BTC?

Hello again! As you know, I'm just starting out in the world of crypto! Thank you so much for your advice in the previous post! Now I have a question! Many people have sent me messages recommending that I use TrustWallet, SafePal, etc. What's the best way to store BTC? I'm currently using Binance. I was told that TrustWallet and SafePal are decentralized wallets and that it's better because I manage my wallet myself, but I've read that there are a lot of scams. What do you recommend? Should I stay with Binance? How can one own their own wallet and their own keys? (Sorry for the trouble and thanks in advance :D)
