Use Crypto to deposit into a virtual debit card?

Looking for a quick service where I can create a virtual debit card, I can deposit like $20 worth of BTC or even some other crypto, into it and then I can use that card like a normal credit/debit card for online purchases. Or even if it takes it right out of my crypto wallet i guess would work.

I've checked out PaywithMoon which may or may not be down, uncash.io which discontinued this service and redotpay which isn't allowed in the US.

Any other suggestions? Just looking for something for quick purchases and some privacy while doing it.
